Lenten Study
Hey everyone!! Lent is fast-approaching, and it’s time to start talking about the annual Lenten Bible study series.
As many of you know, Robert has chosen a six week study for Lent, entitled “Treasures of the Transformed Life.” The study includes a weekly DVD presentation and study guide with group discussion questions. The short course is intended for small group discussion.
In years past, our class has opted to rotate among several homes (on a volunteer basis of course!), rather that expecting one family to host the group for six
weeks in a row. The study would run from the second full week of February through the middle of March. We can choose what night of the week we would prefer to meet….right now, Sunday, Tuesday & Wednesday look most promising. We would meet for about 1 ˝ hours and the time is certainly open for discussion.
We can talk about this more as a class on Sunday, but in the meantime, please be thinking about whether you would like to participate. Feel free to email me (Angie Clarkson) directly at angiemclarkson@hotmail.com and let me know (a) yea or nay, (b) what your preferred day would be, and (c) whether you might be open to hosting the group for one week.
