Pioneer Country Chrysalis
To establish the new Pioneer Country Chrysalis, the following has been passed by the Board of Directors:
PROPOSED AMENDMENT
BY-LAWS
PIONEER COUNTRY EMMAUS, INC
The following amendment to the By-Laws of Pioneer Country Emmaus, Inc., adopted on November 15, 2003 is submitted for consideration in accordance with Article XI of said By-Laws.
Article Vlll: Standing Committees
1. The board shall form committees and subcommittees as necessary to organize the performance of those task related to the purpose of the Community.
2. Pioneer Country Chrysalis shall be a standing committee of Pioneer Country Emmaus, Inc. Pioneer Country Chrysalis shall elect it own Board of Directors from the Pioneer Country Emmaus, Inc. Community.
3. Every committee, with the exception of Pioneer country Chrysalis, shall be chaired by a member of the Pioneer Country Emmaus, Inc Board of Directors. Chairpersons may determine the need for subcommittees and may select members to serve on or chair such subcommittees.
4. The Board of Directors of Pioneer Country Emmaus, Inc. shall determine the responsibilities of each committee.
5. Other standing or temporary committees my be formed as deemed necessary by the Board.
6. The Community Lay Director of Pioneer Country Emmaus, Inc. shall
be an ex officio member of all committees. Article XI. Ratification
These amendments will become effected upon approval of the Board of Directors and after notification to the Pioneer Country Emmaus Inc. Community by publication as required by the By-Laws of Pioneer Country Emmaus, Inc.
Approved by the Pioneer country Emmaus Inc. Board of Directors on this the 19th day of July 2008.

We are looking for a logo for our new Pioneer Country Chrysalis community.
Do you have an idea for a new logo to be used for Pioneer Country Chrysalis? We like to hear and see any ideas that any Chrysalis and Emmaus community members want to present. If you have any sketches you want to submit, please let Karen Berggren at 405-213-3686.
