The event includes free health screenings and shoulder massages , booths with free information, experts to answer your health-related questions, and a series of 45 minute workshops on a wide range of health-related topics throughout the day. Kids will have an area designed specifically with them in mind and their own schedule of events.

• Oklahoma Blood Institute (OBI) will be on hand to take blood donations from 9:00 am-1:00pm only. Give up your vintage t-shirt and OBI will make a donation to programs at the Central OK affiliate of Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, doubling your contribution effort!
  
  MEN! The PSA (prostate cancer screening) is free to the first 10 men rquesting the screening! Can't get any easier to screen for this life threatening disease. It is recommended for males over 45 years old, 40 years of if you are African American or have a history of cancer in your family. The screening is $25 for non-blood donors and $20 for blood donors once the free screenings have been given.

• All activities are FREE for young and old. Seminars are planned for children, parents, and grandparents; youth families, middle aged, and older adults; couch potoatoes, to grandparents raising grandchildren. We invite everyone to come and enjoy a fun day and take home valuable information.

We are located at 2717 W. Hefner Road, just east of May Avenue on Hefner Road. If you have trouble finding parking at the church, please park in the Quail Plaza parking lot immediately west of the church and enter through our west doors and follow the signs.
